The the Polydisciplinary Faculty of Larache in association with Mediteranian Association of Science and Technology organize the 6th edition of the International Conference on Networking, Intelligent Systems & Security (NISS 2023).
NISS is a comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in Intelligent systems, Security and Networking Technologies. The main purpose of NISS is to improve our research by achieving the highest capability and encourage open discussions on recent advances in computer communication and information technologies.
Authors are invited to submit original unpublished manuscripts that demonstrate recent advances in computer communications, wireless/mobile networks, information systems, intelligent systems and security in the theoretical and practical aspects.
The conference papers will be published in the one of the followings depending on the author's preference.

    Prof. Paolo Spagnoletti

    LUISS Guido Carli University, Roma, Italy

    Paolo Spagnoletti is Associate Professor at the Department of Business and Management, Luiss University, Roma, Italy and at the Department of Information Systems, University of Agder, Kristiansand, Norway. He is a member of the Center for Leadership, Innovation and Organizations at Luiss and of the Center for Integrated Emergency Management at the University of Agder. He has experience in law enforcement and military organizations and is currently board member of the Italian Competence Center Cyber 4.0. He has been visiting fellow at GSU (USA), WBS (UK), PSL and SKEMA (France), HSG and IDHEAP (Switzerland). His research interests include the design and governance of digital platforms with a special focus on cybersecurity and digital resilience. His works appear in the Journal of Information Technology, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Information & Management, Information Systems Frontiers, Communications of AIS and several conferences. He has edited four books and is Executive Editor of the Springer series LNISO.

    Dr. Rogério Dionísio

    Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, Portugal

    Rogério Dionísio is an Associate Professor in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering in the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco. Next to this, he is a Senior researcher at DiSAC group and a collaborator with the INESC-TEC research institute in Porto. he received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, He was the Founder of Allbesmart, a tech company focused on developing and providing technical solutions for smart cities and territories. Together with his team, Rogério has led and conducted many national and international research projects around optical communications, photonics, advanced signal processing, cognitive radios, radio spectral coexistence analysis, smart agriculture, wireless sensor networks and other telecommunications themes. Rogério served as a reconfigurable radio system expert to the European Commission between 2018 and 2019. He is a senior member of IEEE since 2012, and a Telecommunications Expert of the Portuguese Institute of Engineers since 2015. He is author of several journal and conference publications, guest editor of special issues from renowned journals (EAI Endorsed Transactions on Internet of Things, MDPI Symmetry and Electronics) and an active reviewer of scientific publications.

    Dr. Aniss MOUMEN

    Ibn Toufail University, Morocco

    Dr. Aniss MOUMEN is a Professor of computer science,in National School of Applied Sciences-Kenitra.He is a member of the Laboratory of Engineering Science at Ibn Tofail University, Morocco. From 2002,he started his career as IT Administrator at Mundiapolis University.from 2007 to 2018,He served as a Senior Developer in many IT companies as Logica,CGI.ATOS...He is interested in IA, ML, Pedagogy and Research Methodology.He is an editor of MJQR and also IEEE and ACM member.

    Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak

    Koszalin University of Technology, Koszalin, Poland

    Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics.

    Prof. Mohammed KAICER

    Ibn-Tofail University

    Prof. Mohammed KAICER is an Associate Professor in mathematics and in applied mathematics, all research work focuses on modeling of some problems in Finance, Economics, Microfinance and Informatics. After an academic background in applied mathematics, a PhD was awarded, by the Mohammadia School of Engineers of Rabat, which was funded by INRIA Sophia Antipolis and the European Union.

    The length of papers should not exceed 8 pages. The paper must be submited as PDF files through CMT system.

    Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material (max. 15% from all sources + max. 5% from one source), Ithenticate tool will be used to detect plagiarism .
    Each paper will be reviewed by 2 regular PC members in tow rounds of review . The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation.
    Authors of high quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version(60%) of their work for potential publication in a special issue/section of an international journal.

    In order to include accepted papers in the proceedings, at least one of the authors of the paper must be registered. Each paper must be presented by an author at the conference. All participants must register and pay the registration fees before May 05, 2023.The authors not registered, their papers will not be included in the conference program. The registration fees includes: Publication fees, Basic tea/coffee breaks, Electronic version of the conference proceedings and Admission to the all sessions.
